The Turning Point has brought together a highly competent group of consultants with a diverse range of commercial and international experience. We have a partner firm, The Turning Point France, based in Paris and led by Olivier Pelleau. We are able to provide consultants who can work in French, Dutch, German and English, all of whom share our methodology and are passionate about enabling successful and effective transitions

Io-d is The Turning Point’s partner in Germany, because it shares its values and works in similarly innovative ways.  Io-d is led by Mechtild Beucke-Galm, who is a coach, organisation development consultant and trained family therapist.  She and her colleagues work for well-known international companies, local industrial associations and a number of German States. I found the work I did with The Turning Point hugely helpful in my transition. The workshop material was consistently relevant, the Master Classes I attended were useful, and the psychological profiling provided me with rich insights. Of greatest use to me were the coaching sessions. Through these, I was able to grapple with some of the key issues which were standing in my way at the time, and to develop useful avenues to experiment with.
